Matt Martin, APR, has more than 30 years of experience in the communications industry, serving in leadership in the fields of advertising, graphic design, photography, public relations, and what got him started: journalism.

Matt began his career earning a B.A. in English from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, and an M.A. in Creative Writing from The University of Southern Mississippi while feeding the news hole at several newspapers. Now recognized as a senior practitioner by the Southern Public Relations Federation and honored with their highest award for individual excellence, he is currently pursuing a doctorate in communications to bring his experience to the next generation of storytellers.
