Civic Watch

Keep an eye on your local government. This section includes information about the goings-on at the local courthouse, including meeting agendas and minutes.

  • City Council Meeting – August 3 at Town Hall
    Topics include community safety grants, traffic signal upgrades, and a proposal for a new youth center in Bellevue.
  • Fundraiser for Animal Shelter – July 31
    Join local volunteers and vendors to support shelter renovations and medical care for rescued animals. Held at the Forrest Community Pavilion, 3–7 p.m.
  • Planning & Zoning Meeting – August 5 at 6 p.m.
    A review of new housing developments and rezoning proposals in Oak Grove. Public comment period included.
  • Public Hearing on County Budget – August 8 at 7 p.m.
    Residents are encouraged to attend and provide feedback on proposed allocations for infrastructure, education, and emergency services.
